By accessing or using TTAJScan ("the Explorer"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Explorer.

2. Description of Service

TTAJScan provides blockchain data visualization and analysis tools for the TTAJ Network. The Explorer allows users to view blocks, transactions, addresses, and other public information recorded on the TTAJ blockchain. All data displayed is public information already recorded on the decentralized TTAJ blockchain.

3. No Financial Services

TTAJScan does not provide any financial services, does not hold customer funds, and does not facilitate any transactions. The Explorer is purely an informational tool. We do not act as an exchange, wallet provider, custodian, or financial institution.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of information displayed on the Explorer, we make no guarantees about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information. Blockchain data is displayed "as is" from the underlying TTAJ network.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your use of the Explorer and any consequences thereof. You agree:

• Not to use the Explorer for any illegal purposes
• Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not to use automated means to access or scrape the Explorer
• Not to interfere with the proper functioning of the Explorer

The Explorer, including its code, design, and original content, is owned by TTAJ Labs and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reproduce any part of the Explorer without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTAJ Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Explorer.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Explorer after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
